What are the payment options? Can I pay Online?

The options available for payment include: Venmo, CashApp, Check, or Cash.
We do NOT take payments through the website as of right now.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards. 
We do offer Gift Certificates that expire after 6 months if not used.

What is your policy for fish that have passed?

If one of your ZenPetz fish has passed, first of all we would like to apologize. If the fish was purchased and brought to you for your tank set up, and has passed, we have a 72 hour policy. We will replace the fish free of cost, if we’ve been notified of the deceased animal within 72 hours of your aquarium set up. 

Why do you recommend weekly maintenance services?

We definitely recommend weekly maintenance services. If your aquarium is maintained weekly, there is a much lower risk of fish contracting diseases related to poor water conditions; not to mention your Finny Friend will live a longer and happier life in a more clean and healthy environment. 

Do you offer different aquarium sizes and designs for different ages?

In short, ABSOLUTELY! For younger kids, check out the “FinnyFriend” fish bowl options, and for everyone else, there is a design for you! Head to the Products Page to see our different selections or shoot us a text at 720-505-6418.
