Everything you Need to Know about Maintenance Services with ZenPetz

First: Determine the size of your fish tank and type of filter/filtration media you use. (You can always text me pictures if you don’t know for sure!) 
Second: Decide if you are looking for recurring aquarium maintenance (*recommended) or just a one-time deep cleaning.
Last: Schedule a time for one of our ZenPetz maintenance team members to swing by and clean your aquarium for you! You can call or text! 

There are three different maintenance options to choose from.

Recurring:A) Weekly (recommended)B) Biweekly

Non-Recurring:C) One-Time Deep Cleaning

In each RECURRING maintenance service we will:- replace filter media if necessary- scrub interior glass to remove algae and impurities- wash all decor items if applicable- gravel vacuum & 20% to 30% water change- wipe down exterior of glass for sparkling finish

In each NON-RECURRING maintenance service we will:- scrub interior glass to remove algae and impurities- replace filter media if necessary- deep clean filter itself- wash all decor items- wash all tank “extras” (i.e. thermometer, heater, bubbler tubing, etc.)- gravel vacuum & 30% to 50% water change- master water test (ammonia, pH, high range pH, nitrites, nitrates)- additional chemicals added to level water parameters (if necessary)


Pricing will vary depending on the size of your fish aquarium.
